Why This Training

During this two-day course, participants will learn various methods to integrate information security into organizations that adopt agile practices. You will discover how to support agile teams in embedding information security knowledge and skills. Additionally, you will learn how to ensure that information security receives the proper attention and priority within agile teams.

The training begins by outlining the challenges faced by information security professionals when working with agile teams. It will delve deeper into the causes of these challenges and explore potential solutions. Topics covered include the use of security champions, security user stories, abuse cases, and threat modeling. You will also learn how to integrate information security into the Scrum and SAFe frameworks.

Finally, the course will also discuss how frameworks such as ISO 27001/2 and NIST CSF can support agile teams in creating and protecting value.

All our trainers have extensive practical experience and will alternate between real-life examples and hands-on exercises. Participants will also be encouraged to use situations from their own practice as a starting point.
