During the four-day Implementing SAFe (SPC) training, participants learn to gain a deep understanding of implementing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®).

Do you want to guide a SAFe® Transformation as a consultant or agile coach? Then this interactive course is perfect for you. In this four-day Implementing SAFe 6.0 training, we train you to become a change agent for business agility.

This training is led by SPCT Simon Porro from Wibas, in collaboration with Jeroen Jan Elzinga from Connected Learning as co-trainer.

More about this training

As a certified SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC), you help your organization succeed in a disruptive market. The online version of the training lasts five days, allowing more room for breaks.

You will learn how to effectively support large-scale Lean-Agile transformation programs and set up Agile Release Trains. Additionally, you will learn how to create a DevOps culture and establish efficient and effective Lean Portfolio Management.

The first part is a train-the-trainer session, where you learn how to deliver the Leading SAFe® training within your organization. Familiarity with the Leading SAFe® content is helpful, so you can focus on the educational aspects. In the final two days, we focus on what is needed to successfully implement SAFe® in an organization, guided by the SAFe Implementation Roadmap.

The training lasts 4 days, either on-site or online.

Minimum of 7 – Maximum of 20 participants per training.
