More about this training

During the training, participants will receive a comprehensive overview of every layer of a SAFe implementation, allowing them to develop a deep understanding of the roles and responsibilities of individuals in a SAFe organization. This equips them to create and guide a solid plan for a successful SAFe transformation within their own organization.

The training focuses on teaching skills to identify value streams, launch agile release trains, optimize workflow, and apply OKRs to Strategic Themes that define the desired outcomes of the transformation. Additionally, it provides participants with the opportunity to practice the principles of Agile product management and product delivery.

With an extensive and practical curriculum, this training offers participants a solid foundation of knowledge to effectively assist organizations in achieving business agility and successfully implementing Agile and Lean practices. It enables participants to develop essential skills and knowledge to play a key role in leading and directing a Lean-Agile transformation within the government.
