Why this training

In this two-day SAFe Scrum Master training, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the role of a Scrum Master within a SAFe organization. Unlike traditional Scrum Master training, which primarily focuses on the basic principles of Scrum at the team level, the SAFe Scrum Master course goes much further. This course thoroughly explores the role of the Scrum Master within the context of the entire organization. As a result, future Scrum Masters are fully prepared to successfully plan and execute the Program Increment (PI), which is the primary enabler of alignment at all levels of a SAFe organization.

During this SAFe Scrum Master training, participants will discover numerous ways to develop themselves to effectively operate within Agile teams. As servant leaders and coaches, they will learn how to guide these teams in delivering optimal business value at scale. By achieving the SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification, participants are fully equipped to fulfill the role of Scrum Master within a SAFe environment, significantly increasing their value to teams and organizations implementing SAFe.
