SAFe Release Train Engineer

Why this training

During this three-day SAFe Release Train Engineer training, participants will learn how to facilitate program execution within a Lean-Agile organization. The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is part of the leadership trio, along with the Product Manager and System Architect. Your role is therefore crucial in leading Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to deliver value.

The three-day Release Train Engineer training provides you with an in-depth understanding of the role and responsibilities of a Release Train Engineer (RTE). You will learn how to be a “servant leader” and how to coach an Agile Release Train (ART) to achieve continuous flow improvement.

The training is led by Simon Porro from Wibas, in collaboration with Jeroen Jan Elzinga from Connected Learning as co-trainer.

To attend this training, it is essential that you have knowledge of SAFe and/or work in a SAFe environment.
