This two-day Writing User Stories training provides participants with a solid foundation in Agile and Scrum principles, focusing specifically on writing user stories. Participants learn effective techniques and best practices for identifying user needs and crafting well-structured stories. Additionally, the differences between Agile, Scrum, scaled Scrum, and SAFe are covered to enable participants to contribute optimally within an Agile organization. After the Writing User Stories training, participants will be able to write successful user stories for Agile projects.

Our training on writing user stories begins with establishing a strong foundation, ensuring that you fully understand the art of writing user stories. We make sure you can apply what you’ve learned immediately through practical exercises and real-life examples, encouraging you to use situations from your own work experience as a starting point.

After this training, you will understand how to deliver value using user stories within an Agile team. You will be familiar with the principles and theories of writing user stories, Agile, Scrum, Lean, and SAFe, and you will learn how to handle complexity and uncertainty in product delivery. Additionally, after the training, you will be able to take the first steps in a new or existing transition to working Agile.
