Participants will become familiar with the fundamental concepts and terminology used in Agile and Scrum, building a strong foundation for effective communication and collaboration within Agile-oriented projects.

They will also develop a thorough understanding of the Scrum framework, including the roles (Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Developers), ceremonies (such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective), and artifacts (such as the Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Increment), to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project management within their organization.
