Why this training

During this two-day course, participants will learn how they, in the role of Scrum Master, can contribute to the success of an Agile organization. Additionally, we will explore the coaching role of the Scrum Master in an organization transitioning to Agile ways of working.

The training begins with a solid foundation where you will gain a deep understanding of Agile and Scrum principles down to the core. This will enable you to apply what you’ve learned in complex real-world situations.

All our trainers have extensive practical experience and will alternate real-world examples with practical exercises. Participants are also encouraged to use situations from their own work as a starting point.

After this training, you will understand how to deliver value with an Agile team, the principles and theory of Agile, Scrum, and empirical learning. You will also learn to handle complexity and uncertainty in product delivery. After the training, you will be able to coach your teammates on applying the definition of done and managing the product backlog. This training is delivered over 2 full days, either on-site or online.
