Why this training

In this two-day Agile Foundation training, participants gain a solid foundation in Agile and Scrum principles. Additionally, they learn how, in the various Agile roles, they can contribute to the success of an Agile organization. We also delve into the differences between Agile, Scrum, large-scale Scrum, and SAFe.

The Agile Foundation training starts with a strong foundation, giving you an in-depth understanding of Agile and Scrum principles. This ensures that you’ll be able to apply what you’ve learned in complex, real-world situations.

All our trainers have extensive practical experience and will combine real-world examples with hands-on exercises. Participants are also encouraged to bring scenarios from their own work environments as a basis for learning.

After this training, you’ll have insight into delivering value with an Agile team, as well as the principles and theories of Agile, Scrum, Lean, SAFe, and empirical learning. You’ll also learn to manage complexity and uncertainty in product delivery. Upon completion, you’ll be ready to take the first steps in a new or ongoing transition to Agile working.
